The circuit to the right exhibits a fault. Prior to failure voltage at TP1 was 4.99-Vdc and TP2 was 12.03 -Vdc and now TP1 is 5.01-Vdc and TP2 is 8.75- Vdc. Determine which resister has increased or decreased in value. Only one component is defective.
